So whether you are looking to lose weight, improve your running, master your pulls ups or just taking your first step into your fitness journey, I can develop you a bespoke training plan specific to your goals.. my sessions are challenging but varied to keep you focused!
Training with friends or within a group is an effective and enjoyable way to improve your fitness levels. I offer exercise classes such as circuits and outdoor bootcamps, and each class is made up of high impact moves alongside strength training.
Or alternatively I can set up small group sessions for you and a few friends, at a time that suits you and base the class around your goals.
Exercise in pregnancy can help you feel strong and healthy, but its important to know which exercises are safe as you move through your pregnancy.
Post pregnancy everyone body recovers differently. That's why its important to train with some who understands the ways your body has changed and ensures your return to exercise is safe as well as enjoyable.
